The design system I am working on looks to ease and streamline the process of renting apartments in the DMV area. The mobile application will seek to allow users both the renters and the property managers to effectively communicate and share documentation and resources in a clear and quick format. This will take some of the steps at the current arduous process of renting apartments.

Hypothesis
I believe that if the move in process is simplified and streamlined to take new residents through the process in a less painful process then attracting and retaining residents will be easier for building groups and smaller properties.
