Problem

Women are already going through an emotionally stressful time and face an alarming number of obstacles to explore their options of an unwanted pregnancy. They face: Increased wait times from the initial appointment, Geographic Obstacles, CPC’s giving false information, & Financial burdens.

Personas

I developed a persona that reflected a member of the community that may benefit from a Planned Parenthood App. I took into consideration the needs of women based on research done on the obstacles women of varying age, economic, and ethnic groups face when they consider their options with an unwanted pregnancy.
